Founder & Chairman
After graduating from St. Mary's College, Frank went to work for Gordon Grant as Assistant General Manager in the Volkswagon Department where he was awarded the Volkswagon International Gold Medal Award.
In 1970 he moved to R. Landry & Company (now Survival Systems Limited) as General Manager where he stayed until 1977.
After Landry, he decided to make the bold step to start his own Company, Frank Mouttet Limited.
Since then, Frank has served on many Boards including :
Citizens Insurance, Curacao.
Director of Netherlands Antilles and Aruba Assurance Company (NA&A) NV.
Powerboats Mutual Facilities.
Plipdeco.
He is also a former President of the: Clydesdale Club
Trinidad and Tobago Chamber of Industry and Commerce and served with distinction during the years of 1994 & 1995.
He has also served under the NAR (under Cecil Redman), PNM (under Sir Ellis Clarke) and UNC (under Joe Theodore) Governments as a member of the Cabinet Appointed Crime Committees.
Former Member of Government Committees to do with Town and Country Planning and Development.
Former Member of several Government led delegations to Singapore, Mexico, Columbia and Venezuela.
Former member of the Cabinet Appointed Construction Sector Oversight Committee (CSOC) dealing with the Construction Industry chaired by Minister Colm Imbert.
